Football Game Preview: Harvest Covenant Lions vs. Northern Virginia HomeSchool Centurions

The Harvest Covenant Lions will venture away from home to square off against the Northern Virginia HomeSchool Centurions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Harvest Covenant hasn't scored more than 12 points for three games straight, a trend the team is eager to reverse.

On Friday, Harvest Covenant came up short against FCA B and fell 20-12. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 294th in Virginia, while the Bucks are ranked 46th in Delaware).

Meanwhile, Northern Virginia HomeSchool was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 20-15 to Central Maryland Christian C.

Northern Virginia HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Harvest Covenant, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 2-4.
