Softball Recap: Manor Takes a Loss

Manor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They lost 15-0 to the Vista Ridge Rangers. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Mustangs' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Manor saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aubrey Guerrero, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles.

Manor's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Vista Ridge, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-10.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Manor will square off against rival Hutto at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Vista Ridge is set to challenge their familiar foe Vandegrift at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
