Basketball Recap: Monmouth Academy Comes Up Short

Monmouth Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a hard 47-29 fall against the Madison Bulldogs. If the Mustangs were looking for revenge after losing 47-26 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Monmouth Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Madison, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-3.

Monmouth Academy will face off against Lisbon at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Monmouth Academy is facing Lisbon at the right time seeing as Lisbon is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Madison, they will take on Mountain Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
