Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hamilton). They were the clear victor by a 63-43 margin over the Polson Pirates on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Broncs have posted since February 9, 2024.

Hamilton's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Canaan Magness led the charge by almost dropping a double-double on 22 points and nine boards. That makes it six consecutive games in which Magness has scored at least a third of Hamilton's points. Another player making a difference was Tyler Jette, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 13 boards.

The win got Hamilton back to even at 3-3. As for Polson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.

Hamilton will head out on the road to face off against Bigfork at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Hamilton is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.5 points per game this season. As for Polson, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Beaverhead County at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
