Basketball Recap: Temple Christian Comes Up Short

Temple Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They lost to the Greenville Christian Saints on the road by a 54-38 margin.

Despite the loss, Temple Christian still got an impressive performance from Miles Page, who almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine rebounds. That was a full 39.5% of the Eagles' points, marking the third time in a row Page has posted more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Emmett Dyson, who had eight points.

Temple Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Greenville Christian, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Temple Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 69-40 loss against Oakridge on the 25th. As for Greenville Christian, they will welcome Delta Streets Academy at 5:00 p.m. on December 4.
