Volleyball Recap: Waldron Takes a Loss

Waldron lost against Greenwood Christian Academy back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mohawks lost 3-0 to the Cougars. The Mohawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Waldron was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-23, 25-15.

Among those leading the charge was Kate Reed, who had 12 digs and two aces.

Waldron's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Greenwood Christian Academy, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-6.

Waldron didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Morristown on the 18th. As for Greenwood Christian Academy, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Heritage Christian on the 18th.
