It was a proper cat-fight when Impact Christian Academy took on Baker County on Tuesday. Impact Christian Academy lost to Baker County on the road by a 55-37 margin. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 398th, while the Wildcats are ranked 140th).

Meanwhile, Covenant School of Jacksonville took their game on Thursday with ease, bagging a 45-12 win over Temple Christian Academy. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 32 points or more this season.

Covenant School of Jacksonville's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Impact Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.

Impact Christian Academy was able to grind out a solid win over Covenant School of Jacksonville in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, winning 29-19.
