For the first time in his career, Jj Jones scored a rushing touchdown on Friday. He rushed for 13 yards and one TD, helping propel Beauregard past Holtville by a score of 27-0. We rated that as his best performance since last Friday, when he picked up a sack and made three total tackles.

Jones and Beauregard will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Central of Clay County at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th.
