Volleyball Recap: Edison Beats Weston Ranch for Their Fourth Straight Win

Edison waltzed into their contest on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Weston Ranch Cougars with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 two weeks ago.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-15, 25-21.

Vince Tanega paced Edison's offense, picking up 13 kills. Tanega got some help from Jose Rios and his 31 assists. Dylan Groyon controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Edison's victory bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Weston Ranch, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-13.

Edison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Bear Creek on the 9th. Weston Ranch has also already played their next matchup (against Franklin), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
