With a playoff win on the line, Burroughs rose to the challenge on Friday. They walked away with a 64-55 win over the Hazelwood East Spartans. That's more bragging rights for the Bombers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Burroughs has been performing well recently as they've won 15 of their last 18 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.2 points over those games. Hazelwood East's loss dropped their record down to 21-9.
