Softball Recap: Marion Takes a Loss

Marion had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 14-10 to the North Myrtle Beach Chiefs on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Swamp Foxes of the 4-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2023.

Coming up, Marion will square off against Conway at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for North Myrtle Beach, they will face off against Socastee at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
