Basketball Game Preview: Allen East Mustangs vs. Bluffton Pirates

The Allen East Mustangs are taking a road trip to square off against the Bluffton Pirates at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Allen East is coming into the game hot, having won their last four games.

If Allen East beats Bluffton with 71 points on Tuesday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two matches with that exact score. Allen East was the clear victor by a 71-48 margin over Fort Jennings on Saturday. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Bluffton beat Lincolnview 62-57 on Thursday.

Allen East's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.0 points per game. As for Bluffton, their victory bumped their record up to 10-8.
