Basketball Recap: South Seneca Comes Up Short

South Seneca was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 2-0 to the Dundee Scotsmen, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Scotsmen apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2020.

South Seneca's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Dundee, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

South Seneca has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Naples on the 11th. As for Dundee, they will take on South Seneca at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Dundee's defense has only allowed 27 points per game this season, so South Seneca's offense will have their work cut out for them.
