Football Recap: Danbury Hatters vs. Ridgefield Tigers
Danbury fought the good fight in their overtime game against Ridgefield on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Ridgefield Tigers by a score of 34-31. The Hatters were up 21-7 in the second quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.
Leo Moore had a dynamite game for Ridgefield, rushing for 112 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries. The dominant performance gave Moore a new career-high in rushing yards.
