Soccer Game Preview: Atlantic Shores Christian vs. StoneBridge

Atlantic Shores Christian gave up the first goal on Thursday, but they didn't let that get them down. They won by a goal and slipped past TEACH Homeschool 2-1. Atlantic Shores Christian haven't had any issues with TEACH Homeschool recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, StoneBridge hasn't lost a match yet, a trend which continued in their latest game on Friday. Everything went their way against Norfolk Christian as they made off with a 5-0 victory. Considering StoneBridge have won seven matches by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Norfolk Christian with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Lilly Stimson (3), Riya Campbell, and Faith Anderson.

StoneBridge pushed their record up to 9-0-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those five games. As for Atlantic Shores Christian, their win bumped their record up to 6-1-2.
