The Shadle Park Highlanders will square off against the Cheney Blackhawks at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Shadle Park will be strutting in after a win while Cheney will be coming in after a defeat.

Shadle Park took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They walked away with a 7-2 victory over University. The win was some much needed relief for the Highlanders as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Roland Germain spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on nine hits. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Shadle Park is undefeated when he allows at most one walk, but 5-8 otherwise.
