Baseball Recap: A.J. Ellender Patriots vs. St. Martinville Tigers

On Monday, while A.J. Ellender put up some runs, the same can't be said for St. Martinville. The A.J. Ellender Patriots were the clear victor by a 10-0 margin over the St. Martinville Tigers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for A.J. Ellender.

Michael Marcel was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and only one hit over five innings pitched. Marcel has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive pitching appearances. Marcel was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.
