Volleyball Game Preview: Concordia Mustangs vs. Bergan Catholic Knights

The Concordia Mustangs will head out to take on the Bergan Catholic Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Concordia is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Lincoln Lutheran just ended the team's five-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 2-1.

Meanwhile, Bergan Catholic came up short against Kearney Catholic on Saturday and fell 2-0.

While Bergan Catholic was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-19.

Bergan Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 20-11. As for Concordia, their loss dropped their record down to 25-6.

Concordia beat Bergan Catholic 2-0 when the teams last played on Thursday. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Knights have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
