San Pasqual came into Tuesday's contest looking for another win against Escondido Charter, but Colin Goss wouldn't allow it. The Tigers walked away with a 3-1 win over the Golden Eagles on Tuesday for which the team can thank Goss, who had 18 assists and six digs. He has been hot, having posted 12 or more assists the last five times he's played.

Escondido Charter had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-19, 28-26, 25-21.

Escondido Charter is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. As for San Pasqual, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-6.

Looking ahead, Escondido Charter will head out on the road to challenge El Camino at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. San Pasqual has already played their next game (against Valley Center), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
