Recap: Paideia Academy Knights vs. Apostolic Christian
The Paideia Academy Knights's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a serious blow against Apostolic Christian, falling 76-38. Paideia Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-18.
Apostolic Christian found their leader in underclassman Brady Wilson, who scored 15 points. Another player making a difference was Rogan Bailey, who scored 12 points.
Paideia Academy's defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-3. As for Apostolic Christian, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.
Paideia Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Tennessee School for the Deaf at 7:30 p.m. on January 9, 2024. Tennessee School for the Deaf has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Apostolic Christian won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Mount Pisgah Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on December 15th.
