With a playoff win on the line, Pacific Ridge rose to the challenge on Saturday. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Pacific Ridge Firebirds who were credited with the victory. The Pacific Ridge Firebirds got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to the Helix Highlanders's four. Winning may never get old, but the Firebirds sure are getting used to it with their 15th in a row.

Pacific Ridge's win bumped their record up to 20-2-3. As for Helix, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-5-5.

Pacific Ridge wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 6-2 victory against Desert Mirage on the 4th. Helix does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
