Baseball Game Preview: Lancaster Redskins vs. Clarence Red Devils

The Lancaster Redskins will head out on the road to challenge the Clarence Red Devils at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Lancaster will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

On Wednesday, Lancaster sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-5 win over Orchard Park.

Frontier hit Clarence with a six-run first inning on Thursday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Red Devils fell 13-9 to the Falcons. Red Devils fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Falcons since Thursday.

Clarence's loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Lancaster, their victory bumped their record up to 11-4.

Lancaster came out on top in a nail-biter against Clarence in their previous matchup back in May of 2025, sneaking past 3-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Redskins since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
