Cedar Ridge strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Person Rockets by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in August.

Cedar Ridge had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 17-25, 25-17, 27-25, 25-19.

Cedar Ridge was led to victory by Sydnee Tapper and Emory Williams. Tapper had 30 digs and two aces, while Williams had four digs and four aces. That's the most digs Williams has posted since September 4th. Mia Marty also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Cedar Ridge was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least nine aces in five consecutive matchups.

Person's loss came despite strong showings from Alex Fuller and Logan Hurdle. Fuller had 17 digs and eight assists, while Hurdle had six digs and four aces.

Cedar Ridge's record is now 16-0. As for Person, their loss ended a 14-match streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 15-3.

Cedar Ridge didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against J.F. Webb on the 30th. As for Person, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Cummings on the 30th.
