Basketball Recap: J.Z. George Drops Season-High Score on Eupora

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask J.Z. George). They strolled past the Eupora Eagles with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 47-32. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

J.Z. George's victory bumped their record up to 5-15. As for Eupora, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost 13 of their last 14 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-19 record this season.

J.Z. George has already played their next contest (against Sebastopol), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Eupora is taking a road trip to face off against Union at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
