Basketball Recap: Seymour Eagles vs. Carter Green Hornets
Seymour won the last time they faced Carter and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Seymour Eagles managed a 51-45 victory over the Carter Green Hornets. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 101st, while the Green Hornets are ranked 246th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Several Green Hornets players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short.
