Basketball Recap: Shorewood Comes Up Short

Shorewood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost to the New Berlin Eisenhower Lions on the road by a 66-48 margin. While losing is never fun, the Greyhounds can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 263rd, while the Lions are ranked 78th).

Shorewood's defeat dropped their record down to 15-11. As for New Berlin Eisenhower, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-9.

As of now, neither Shorewood nor New Berlin Eisenhower have any future games scheduled.
