Southwest won the last time they faced Verona and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Trojans blew past the Wildcats 16-1. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won six games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Kaleigh Tull was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Raeli Miles was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high. Gracie Swanepoel was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases, one triple, and one run.
