Baseball Recap: Warwick Takes a Loss

Warwick was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Woodside Wolverines, falling 9-3. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolverines this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-6 on Tuesday.

Warwick now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Woodside, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-5.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Warwick is set to challenge their familiar foe Denbigh at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Woodside will take on rival Bethel at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
