Volleyball Game Preview: Christian Patriots vs. Scripps Ranch Falcons + How To Watch

Christian is 1-8 against Scripps Ranch since October of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Patriots will head out on the road to square off against the Falcons at 6:15 p.m.

Christian came up short against Cathedral Catholic on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Christian was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-23, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Scripps Ranch waltzed into their matchup on Friday with ten straight wins... but they left with 11. They came out on top against the Pilots by a score of 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-23, 21-25, 27-25.

Scripps Ranch's victory bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-6.

Christian couldn't quite get it done against Scripps Ranch in their previous matchup back in September of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can the Patriots avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
