Soccer Recap: Monterey Takes a Loss

The Monterey Wildcats came up short against the Jackson County Blue Devils on Monday and fell 5-3.

Monterey's loss dropped their record down to 2-4-1. As for Jackson County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Monterey will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Smith County at 6:00 p.m. on the 24th. As for Jackson County, they will be playing at home against Livingston Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
