Basketball Recap: West Texas T Comes Up Short

West Texas T lost against Panhandle Christian Home Educators back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The West Texas T Tornadoes received a blow as they fell 70-53 to the Panhandle Christian Home Educators Warriors.

Panhandle Christian Home Educators' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Silas Osborne led the charge by dropping a double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Osborne a new career-high in three-point shooting accuracy (50%). Another player making a difference was Turner Farber, who shot 4-for-7 from downtown and almost dropped a double-double with 18 points and nine boards.

West Texas T's loss dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Panhandle Christian Home Educators, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 20-7.

West Texas T has already played their next contest (against Varsity Opponent), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Panhandle Christian Home Educators, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 72-62 defeat against Heritage Christian Athletics on the 7th.
