Basketball Recap: Littlefork-Big Falls Takes a Loss

Littlefork-Big Falls was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 50-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of Hill City/Northland. The Vikings lost against Hill City/Northland in their previous head to head back in February of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 74-34 score last time.

Littlefork-Big Falls' loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Hill City/Northland, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Littlefork-Big Falls will venture away from home to face off against Lake of the Woods at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Hill City/Northland, they are taking a road trip to take on McGregor at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
