St. James is a perfect 10-0 against Conway since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Sharks are taking a road trip to square off against the Tigers at 7:15 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (St. James has three straight victories, Conway has 11 straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

St. James' defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They beat Carolina Forest by a goal, winning 1-0. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but St. James were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Conway's offense. They came up short against Myrtle Beach on Tuesday, falling 10-0.

St. James' win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-6. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those five matchups. As for Conway, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-13.

St. James took their win against Conway in their previous meeting back in March by a conclusive 7-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Sharks since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
