Basketball Recap: Hagerty Triumphs

Seminole came into Tuesday's game looking for another win against Hagerty, but Asa Kohn wouldn't allow it. The Huskies came out on top against the Seminoles by a score of 77-68 on Tuesday with plenty of help from Kohn, who almost dropped a double-double with 24 points and nine rebounds. Kohn is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season.

Another player making a difference was Skye Hedrick, who posted ten points. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Loss or not, Seminole got some senior leadership from James Daniels and Jayden Aristile. Daniels went 7-for-12 on his way to 15 points and three steals, while Aristile shot 63% from the field en route to 15 points.

Hagerty's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Seminole, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.

Hagerty wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 61-44 defeat against Wekiva on the 10th. As for Seminole, they have also already played their next game, a 53-47 loss against Lake Mary on the 12th.
