Softball Recap: St. James Comes Up Short

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, St. James was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They lost 15-1 to the St. John Eagles. The loss continues a trend for the Wildcats in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost six in a row.

St. James' defeat dropped their record down to 5-15. As for St. John, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.

St. James will challenge Holden at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. John, they will square off against East Iberville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
