Manchester faced Glenn in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Squires came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 2-0. The victory was familiar territory for the Squires, who have now won six contests in a row.

Elizabeth Renz paced Manchester's offense, picking up nine kills. Renz got some help from Peyton Ream and her 12 assists. Finally, Ava Felgar kept Manchester's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Manchester's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Glenn, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 9-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Manchester will take on Northwestern at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Glenn, they will face off against South Central at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
