Soccer Recap: Pueblo Central Takes a Loss

After soaring to five goals the game before, Pueblo Central was a bit more limited in their matchup on Saturday. They fell just short of the Harrison Panthers by a score of 2-1. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Pueblo Central couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Jordan Arguello, who's now up to two this season.

Pueblo Central's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-2. As for Harrison, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pueblo Central will take on Atlas Preparatory School at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Harrison, they will challenge Doherty at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
