Soccer Recap: Burlington Comes Up Short

After flying high against Racine Case on Thursday, Burlington came back down to earth. The Demons lost 7-0 to the Waukesha West Wolverines on Saturday.

Burlington dropped their record down to 5-9-1 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Waukesha West, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Burlington will square off against Waterford at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Waterford's last four games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Waukesha West, they will take on Kettle Moraine at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
