Volleyball Recap: Germantown Gets the Win

Germantown won the last time they faced Pius XI Catholic and things went their way on Thursday too. The Warhawks came out on top against the Popes by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warhawks.

Germantown never let Pius XI Catholic on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-19.

Despite the loss, Pius XI Catholic still got an impressive performance from Finnley Beecham, who had ten assists and six digs.

Germantown's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Pius XI Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Germantown will face off against Madison West at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Pius XI Catholic, they will challenge Menomonee Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
