Soccer Recap: Park View Comes Up Short

Park View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They came up short against the Woodgrove Wolverines, falling 11-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Woodgrove this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-0 back in April.

Park View's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Woodgrove, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-5-1.

Looking ahead, Park View is taking a road trip to challenge Dominion at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Dominion will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Park View surely won't give up without a fight. As for Woodgrove, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Loudoun Valley on the 9th.
