Volleyball Recap: Daviess County Panthers vs. Evansville Reitz Panthers
Daviess County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Evansville Reitz Panthers.
The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-12.
Daviess County's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Evansville Reitz, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-9 record this season.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Jeffersonville the next time they take the court. Evansville Reitz will head out to face Jeffersonville at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Daviess County will head out to face them at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.
