Volleyball Recap: Walton Comes Up Short

Walton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Jay Royals. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Royals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-12, 25-17.

Walton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Jay, the win keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Walton will welcome St. John Paul II at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jay, they will face off against Baker at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
