Basketball Recap: BCLUW Takes a Loss

After flying high against Valley Lutheran last Saturday, BCLUW came back down to earth. The BCLUW Comets were beaten by the Gladbrook-Reinbeck Rebels 73-40 on Monday. The Comets haven't had much luck with the Rebels recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

BCLUW's defeat dropped their record down to 3-23. As for Gladbrook-Reinbeck, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season.

BCLUW does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Gladbrook-Reinbeck, they will square off against Waterloo Christian on Thursday.
