Volleyball Recap: Twin Falls Takes a Loss

Twin Falls lost against Rigby back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bruins took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trojans.

BRAYLIN IVERSON paced Twin Falls' offense, picking up four kills. IVERSON got some help from IVIE BOHRN and her ten assists. Finally, MILLIE WESTERN kept Twin Falls' defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

Breleigh Youngstrom was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had 11 digs.

Twin Falls has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for Rigby, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-3.

Twin Falls wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Snake River on the 19th. As for Rigby, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Canyon Ridge at 6:30 p.m.
