Montour had won nine straight games and Ama Tening Sow did his part to make it ten on Tuesday. The Montour Spartans walked away with a 68-55 victory over the Mars Fightin' Planets thanks in part to Sow, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 19 rebounds. His evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Montour's win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.3 points per game. As for Mars, they moved to 11-8 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Montour will head out to face off against West Allegheny at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Mars, they will face off against Moon Area at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
