Volleyball Recap: Columbus Catholic Comes Up Short

Columbus Catholic lost against Prairie back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Sailors fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 2-1. The Sailors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Columbus Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 4-21. As for Prairie, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Columbus Catholic wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Denver on the 30th. As for Prairie, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Jefferson on the 30th.
