Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Marshfield + How To Watch

Marshfield won the last time they faced Wausau East and things went their way on Thursday too. The Tigers blew past the Lumberjacks 3-0. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Tigers this season.

Marshfield's got stronger as the match went on, holding Wausau East to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-12, 25-10.

Marshfield's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Natalie Delany, who had 12 assists and three aces. That's the most assists Delany has posted over her last ten matches. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabby Niehaus, who had 11 digs.

The victory (which was Marshfield's fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-5. As for Wausau East, their loss was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-4.
