Soccer Recap: Amundsen Comes Up Short

Amundsen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Lane Tech Champions. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Amundsen couldn't quite close it out.

Amundsen's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5-2. As for Lane Tech, their victory bumped their record up to 9-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Amundsen is set to face off against their familiar foe Whitney Young at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Lane Tech will take on rival Chicago Washington at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
