Baseball Recap: Stringer Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for Stringer's offense. They came up short against the Puckett Wolves on Saturday, falling 10-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-4 last Tuesday.

Stringer's loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Puckett, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Stringer will face off against Resurrection Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Puckett, they will take on Southeast Lauderdale at 11:00 a.m. on Monday.
