            For the second straight game, Blue Ridge will face off against Mount Vernon. Blue Ridge will square off against Mount Vernon at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
Blue Ridge fell victim to Mount Vernon and their airtight pitching crew  on Wednesday. They lost  10-0 to Mount Vernon. Considering the last time Blue Ridge couldn't score was  back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.
For Mount Vernon's part,  Olivia Baird was a standout: she went 1-for-2 with three  stolen bases and two  runs. Baird is  on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as she's  now  snagged  at least one in each of the last five games she's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Haley Danielson, who  went 2-for-3 with two  runs and two  RBI.
